As the owner of a vehicle fitted with air conditioning, you will appreciate the many benefits a correctly functioning system brings, sitting in traffic jams or travelling at high speeds, with the windows closed, makes for a comfortable journey whether on business, holiday or out with the family. To ensure you maintain these benefits the Institute of Vehicle Air Conditioning recommends your system is inspected annually by an approved Instvac engineer. For an engineer to become a member of the Institute, he/she must possess at least City & Guilds 6048 & 2078 or 6048 & CITB SHR and agree to abide by the Institutes Code of Practice for quality assurance and safety. When your engineer calls, ask for a Customer Charter leaflet.
